Begin the L2JDP documentation

I did search a lot for some kind of documentation on this project, And didnt find anything.

If it exists, And i didnt find it, Just point me in the right direction, And im happy.

But if not, Then i propose that we add a new forum to the webserver.
If we have a documentation forum, We can begin to copy and paste, And update old guides to the new standards.

Then we can organize all of the guides in one place, Giving due credit to the original authors.

And then someone with good writers skills, Can organize what we have into one complete document.

Just an idea to give those of us with spare time on our hands, Some way to help the project.

Would be nice to have some spare hands to update the Wiki with all the documentation.
