1. If you want to discuss the issue, copy the contents of the old thread here so we don't have to click back in time. 
2. The error is pointing to a line that does not exist in the AdminTvTEngine.java file you provided. Please give us an updated NPE error and the .java file that generated it.
3. Off the topic of the NPE issue, you should probably be using string concat instead of textbuilder now. Just a little FYI. You can find usage examples in things like L2VillageMasterInstance.
