Hello
I am new to this so sorry if my questions are noobish. I searched both the forums, this and the old one, and I cannot find an answer - maybe I don't know the appropriate terms for my problems yet.
I followed the guide and installed everything (on a windows machine). Everything went ok - login server and gameserver are up and running and I can login.
When I log in the game, using the latest client and updated, I have two problems:
Problem 1. The character cannot move - its feet are not on the ground - actually half the body is into the ground. I can teleport since the newbie guides are close to where i stand and I also can see and some mobs that are near the character
Problem 2. Each character I created is marked for deletion, except if the race is human. Also, their names do not appear correct (although if I proceed and start the game it seems ok).
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the quick answer.
I tried but did not manage to find where the server / client version are in the installation instructions.

Re: Character in the ground
You must've known what you were doing because by default, the CT2.2 build does not allow access from clients above 17 (and Gracia Final clients show up as 83 or 90, I forget). So you deliberately changed something on your own so you could gain access.panagiotisko wrote:Thanks for the quick answer.

You are right.
I found a post where someone mentioned that you should put 1 to minimum and 999 to maximum to allow all clients to login. It sounded right for my starters problem but I forgot to mention it earlier.
thanks
PS: it is 83
