hi, anybody have problem with skill enchant windows? when try to enchant skill, don't show description and requirements. i test with clear l2j build

i try full check client but this not solve the problem, and i try delete Option.ini, WindowsInfo.ini and also don't help
Also if I have Giant`s Codex, sp, exp for enchant - i can enchant skill

Still, the change takes effect when the skill of the book is at +0.
The Nomral enchant work but Safe enchant does not work, this move Bug section. is my suggestion.

No, they are broken now. Maybe sometimes will be fixed.
