Inspect other PCs inventory

Hello everyone,
As I remember I read that in Gracia Part Final you will be able to Inspect other player's inventory, similiar to WoW system, how can I do it or was it not implended ?

I dont know the wow system, but I do know that you should be able to target a player, press alt-g then click the 'inventory' button to look at their inventories
