how i can edit this npcs

i have try to find them in scripts .. db but no sucess i wanna change their items in the shop... plz can someone give me a tip where are this npcs.. ??

look in multisell

luxury shop: 300974001.xml and 300984001.xml

check the readme.txt in the data/multisell directory
