No...no...I'm not returning from retirement. I was just summoned to the forums from an email notification due to one of those PMs I occasionally get from people asking me for help. I politely explained that I've retired and directed the PMer to the forum, but while I was logged in, I thought I'd drop a line to the rest of you, at least to those of you who've been here long enough to remember me.
Truth be told, I occasionally miss you guys, as a community, our little philosophical arguments about design strategies, especially with Julian, and sure enough the coding part, too. Miss it as I may, I am also relieved to have retired. At some point, it had gotten to be way too much, eating up majority of my free time, and turning me into a full time workaholic (after nearly 9, sometimes 10 hours of coding at work, admittedly some of which was doing L2J stuff from the office, another 3-6 of coding for l2j at home was kind of much

And since I mentioned Julian, how did his "L2J Reloaded" efforts go? He had some good O-O-design principles in mind while revamping the code for it. I hope that by now much of it got incorporated in the main branch. Julian, are you still around and active on L2J?
BTW, I'm really glad to see DrHouse so involved with the project. Nicely done, dude

Also, I really like my title

Anyway, I don't mean for this to be similar to my typical 1000 words posts

I've set it to notify on responses to this thread, so feel free to write a note back. I'll be back to check what you say.
Take care, all!
