Its not wise to host your website in the same machine wih your l2jserver.

And please elaborate this ? If you have a website that runs one or more queries, it's less consuming than having a off-box webhost.

With the correct tweaks (website/mysql), you won't notice the website load until you hit x numbers.

Yeah but with a lot of visitors i think it will eat a lot, and the problem i see here its with Mysql he should use innoDB or MyISAM.
But i recommend MyISAM, i use this and i m with ++ 75% performance...
