Once upon a time, in a zoo cage that had 10 monkeys inside, some scientist decided to make an experiment. They placed water pumps on the roofs, a ladder on the bottom and some bananas on top of the ladder. Each time a monkey climbed the ladder to get the bananas, the pumps were throwing water on the other monkeys.

After 2 days the monkeys understood, so each time some monkey tried to climb the ladder, the other monkeys would beat the crap out of that monkey to avoid getting wet by the pumps. A week later, the scientist removed half of the monkeys and replaced them with monkeys from another zoo. The new monkeys didnt knew about the water pumps. So each time a new monkey tried to climb the ladder, without knowing the consequences the other monkeys were beating the crap out of him. So the new monkeys started beating the crap out of the monkey that tried to climb the ladder, without knowing the reason.

Months later, they replaced all the monkeys. Each time one monkey tried to climb the ladder, the rest of the monkeys would beat the crap out of him, without knowing why they actually do it. So one day, one monkey asked the rest:

"Why the hell do we beat the crap out of the one that climb the ladder ? "

And they replied:

"Dunno, thats how things work here...."

this is developers forum and not fucking face book..if somebody askes some technical question, he should get proper answer to avoid another 6 stupid answers...even if offtopic area...try to stay with this diagram pls...
