I have l2joff gr final and i see on enchantable skills chance from 8-9 is 95 % and then decrease with 2%or smth like that...is normal this?:D cuz i added a patch from u and from 8-9 is 95% but on skills that were before was 95% too

what exactly is the problem?
the enchant chances were too high, so devs lowered them
use which ever you like

If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
