not sure if this is a bug so i'm posting in this section.
as far as I noticed, frenzy skill (id 176)
checks for HP level on each stat mul/add, not just on cast...
as far as players say, now when your hp goes above 30% the stat bonus is almost removed, only the basic 1.3/1.5 mul remains.
shouldn't it stay after the hp increases?
