give more info so we can reproduce it - answer all my questions! else we cannot fix anything here.
No cubics, no pets, just two players (20 lvl, both times). One sits and does nothing, the other kills boss.
When player hit the boss longer - NO EXP, but when instant kill - full EXP.
skill not used, only soulshots in weapon.
rate x3
party rate 1.3 (tried 1.0 - same shit)
Both times the server reboots. (and bosses timers)
