i have a problem with the latest revision baium doesnt attack the players and i would like to know if its posible to make the raid bossea aprear without the quest chain like antharas, valakas, fritenzza, and so on

Put up a GM shop and sell the necessary quest-items.

But there must be a way to spawn them without the quest item working around them
