I've been testing the feature from Changeset 4346 and I have just one question. When you lower your level the skills are lowered/removed too but when you level up again... oops, you have to learn them again. So is it a bug or correct behaviour?
In my opinion they should be deleveled/removed and not stored but I don't know so I'm asking

It is not a bug, Thats how it works, but now that you mentioned it, there should be a way when a player delevels to be able to store the skills somewhere in database, cause this way, enchanted skills are lost as well.

enchanted skills are deceased on retail too, i have this confirmed. You can disable feature in config.
