Character will not start

I have run into a problem. I have had two friends who play my L2 game try to load a character of theirs and it will not load. They can log in to their account, everything go good for a while. When their char walks up to the "Start" button and they click Start it shows "Loading" The Char will show as "On line" in the data base but the char will never load. They have rebooted their computer. I have restarted the log in and game server. They can load another char and play but the one will not load. Each time this has happened it has been after a "Char's name" "IP address" has been disconnected abnormally" but it does not happen every time they have an abnormally disconnect. I really need to find a way to correct this.

I have searched and even tried Google maybe I am just wording the search wrong. I do hope some one here can help soon.

I am downloading Server Version 4401
Datapack Version 7653

Will I be able to use my old data base? One I have backed up. or will everyone have to start over?

I finally got my new server and database loaded and up. As I was looking through the Game Files and making my little changes I noticed in the "NPC Properties" file on line number 65 it talks about the minimum NPC levels for the Gracia Epilogue rules. I downloaded and set up what I though was Gracia Final game and log in it is Game version 4401 and l2jdb version 7653. did I make a mistake or is this a Gracia Final server.

I would not mind using the Gracia Epilogue server just that I have never been able to log in to it.
