hellbound gm/admin ranks

well i will try to make it clear without any writing mistakes...one of my friends have set up a hellbound server 1 month ago....it was ok with 3 gms and one admin...well my friend was one of the gms....now the admin retired and gave the datapack to my friend and the other gms left too...so my friend want to make test gms....he said to me that the ranks go from zero to five.....i dont remember what each number is the gm/admin event gm helper gm and test gm but he cant manage the ranks .....he know the right list with that but i dont remember it ....well can anyone tell me how he should manage the ranks......
i want to mention again that it is a hellbound server....
if you want any further information to help me pls tell me because it is emergency...we are trying this for 2 weeks so far....
