GSRegister Error Cant not retrieve list

GSRegister Error Cant not retrieve list

Basically
There was an error while attempting to retrieve the list of currently registered GameServers
Reason: Communications link Failure

So for some reason it is pulling the list of server names so I cant get a hex id created

Any help would be greatly appreciated this is driving me nuts. I had it working the other night by following the guide, closed everything down while downloading the game client, woke up tried to restart the server and am getting an error. I figured something broke when I closed everything I tried to reinstall and keep getting this error.

I would love to find a way to get this to work. I am running vista 64 but I had it up and working so I don't think that is the issue. Thanks for your assistance in advance.

Just everyone knows if you are getting this error it has something to do with SQL not registering corectly. Once I reinstalled all the pathing files I have been up and running. :)
