Chat Delay

Hi all.

I want to know if there is some way to implement Delay in the chats, for example:

I have the Trade Chat as GLOBAL and i want to prevent the flood a little bit and implement some delay between a user can write again.

Anyone knows a simple way to do that?

check floodprotector config. there is already a config for global chat - means also trade chat when trade is global.
