Thread Configuration Details?

Hi L2J team, I looked everywhere @ the forum, but I didnt find good information about thread options:
There are some "general" hints about those options, and the only place I saw a good explanation - the 2nd part was missing.

Please post detailed settings about each of those settings (and better yet - commit one @ core configs).
Here's what I use (our server uses 2x Quad Xeon 3ghz, that's 8 physical cores and 8 virtual, 16 threads in total)
I know those settings are directly or indirectly related to the cpu threads, so please write small explanation on each of them, suggested value and a "hint" for the other users - on how to choose those values by themselves.

# Default: 10
ThreadPoolSizeEffects = 15
# Default: 13 - 15
ThreadPoolSizeGeneral = 15
# Default: 2 - 6
UrgentPacketThreadCoreSize = 6
# Default: 4 - 8
GeneralPacketThreadCoreSize = 10
# Default: 4 - 10
GeneralThreadCoreSize = 10
# Default: 6 - 10
AiMaxThread = 10
