Time siege

Problem this, the siege by default for some reason is at 7 am, it's very inconvenient for residents server, at first I thought that the assembly is damp and you all underachievers create one, wait for 2 months, today updated the SVN, and that saw the siege and left 7 am. Please answer this nonsense will change or will remain?

has nothing to do with l2j. check your server machine time settings. or try to set siege time manually from admin or in database.
DO NOT EVEN TRY TO MESS WITH ME!

as it does not matter to l2j? sorry of course but I'm hedging on this issue, downloaded the left less popular srerver installed on the same machines, and the siege as they should be in 22:00, just as your server, I drove three cars, and different OS (Windows server, linux, and on a regular PC, estesno time on all three machines billed correctly but the siege vseravno at 7:00 am, after spending...
