With 2k p atk+150 holy attribute the char hits for 134+140(=280~?)dmg
With 2.1k p atk and B weapon without attribute(destr70lvl) hit for 340dmg

Is that normal ?

mobs have elemental attack/defense, thats why we have npc_elementals.sql

134+140? is the first one duals?
maybe you should also mention what character was attacking (+their gears as well) and what npc was taking damage. Was it same npc that was taking damage?
Don't forget some passives that adds to p.atk when activated

I have a lot of reports from my users that they cannot see any change on dmg when adding element dmg to weapons, for example with GC mobs. I think element system should be reviewed. I will try to make a better inform about this problem.

Attribute values have changed.

Attack attribute bonus has been decreased.
Defense attribute resistance has changed (when the defense attribute amount is higher than the attack attribute). For example, if an attacker's attribute value is 50, and the defense attribute value on a target is 100, the damage amount will be the same if the defense value was 50.
