Hey`
My Server is up and running but I dont know how to connect to it I changed my host file on the server like it said to but I dont know what to do after that. PLease anyone help me!!

You only need the host file changed on the server if you plan to run the L2 client from the same machine. Not a good idea by the way.
If you are using another computer then the host file will need to be changed on that one to point to the IP address of the server for L2authd.lineage2.com.

No you should not have to edit anything on the client if you have it on a diff computer if so I have to edit the L2.ini file so other ppl can get on my server. because when I played on a diffrent server they just had me download the system folder copy it to my lineage 2 folder and I started the game and played that way without editing the host file

There is no legal way for others to connect to you server other than them editing their host file.
There computer has to resolve L2authd.lineage2.com to your IP address. If it is not in the host file, their computer will do a DNS lookup and find that actual NCZ0ft IP and never go to your server.
There are other way to do it but they require changing the client files which is a big no no.
