L2jserver Devs
What is the relationship of the devs of the L2jserver project and the l2jfree project? I see most of the devs of the l2jserver in l2jfree Genesis.

Re: L2jserver Devs
l2jfree makes copies of l2j and some other teams svn activity; if you check the commits from l2j devs, they're the exact copies of the ones seen in l2j trac/svn.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.

No they're not. L2jfree Genesis is build from scratch without all the L2j mistakes. Also I didnt noticed any L2j devs there (and I like itjurchiks wrote:l2jfree makes copies of l2j and some other teams svn activity; if you check the commits from l2j devs, they're the exact copies of the ones seen in l2j trac/svn.

And in the next chronicle they went into space, fighting the evil empire... In a galaxy far, far away xD

Thats mirrors of several public L2J forks and L2J itself. Check genesis SVN to see l2jfree Genesis.jurchiks wrote:lol... check their fisheye, they have set up replicas of several other public l2j branch svn repos.

Jesus people... Only Zoey understood what I wrote (right?)...
I know they're mirrors, that's what I meant by replicas, the meaning of those two words in this context is the same.
Mirror is essentially a copy, @BiggBoss.
Anyway, as a response to the initial question: there is no relation (well, at least none that general public would know of) between l2j and l2jfree/genesis other than a similar name.

Re: L2jserver Devs
This topic is going no where, and I don't want a L2J/Forks/Other non-fork L2 Java emulators projects war here, that's why will be closed.
As far as I know active developers aren't working in other public forks nor projects.
If you see the same commits than ours or than other projects in other svn, it's a trac feature to mirror another svn.
Closed.
