i've opened my server couple of days ago and there was an issue with lagging. Apparently my machine's CPU was reaching 99.9% (i7 quad core). I decided to add a logger to help me identify the issue. And here it is:

The CPU report is at the bottom of the log.
What i think is that it's the company's mistake but they are denying everything, so please tell me where the problem is and if we identify the problem fast i'm willing to pay the one who helped me out
