I think you have bad configs for database, that you gave l2jcb's name for gameserver's database, please check it.BitSet ID Factory could not be initialized correctly: Table 'l2jcb.characters' doesn't exist

Your game server can`t find the connection to the database.
Check connection to your mysql in configs for errors.
