Drop chance, full drop equals normal

Drop chance, full drop equals normal

6448 L2j server
10223 DP

Hi
The drop chance is higher than x1 in my server. The problem is when there is a full drop, you are getting the same amount of items as in another kind of drop.
In example, 7 full leather armors.

How to fix it?
