Error with buffer at l2 interlude

Error with buffer at l2 interlude

Hello everybody, I have a problem with the installation of a buffer. I execute the sql of the buffer in navicat, but when I browse the sql I press start and get an error:[Err]1106:Custom_npc table not found. When I go to gameserver/data/config I can't find a file named general.properties to enable custom npcs. Please tell me what to do in order to install the buffer.
