Server (ver 66**) and Data Pack (ver 104**) Install

1. Can't download L2J Server (6598 Stable) from www.l2jserver.com/download/ with Error: files are missing. How to download correct? Data Pack is downloading correct.
1.1. I try to download L2J Server with TortoiseSVN, but don't understand what dir's I have to download and put into my "server directory"?
2. If I have old L2J Server (62** Stable), will it work with a new Data Pack (10934 Stable)?
3. There is a lot of .XML files in "\game\data\stats\npcs". What they all do? I want to cange some parameters of raid-boss (decrease boss HP, for example), but in game there is no effect, becouse parameters takes from "npcs-table" in database.
4. Do I need java 7 or 8? Do I need Java SDK (what version)?
5. Someone of you speak russian?

P.S. With old version (6299 Core and 100** Data Pack) I have no probloems but trying to update I encountered all these problems.

You mean "main folder"\sql\game\npc.sql before installing server? Or open database/npc-table in NaviCat? But what the role of all athat files in "main folder"\game\data\stats\npcs"?
