enchant rates and etc

hi, i have the last rev of hi5 compiles version from l2jserver , and i dont find anywhere the enchant rates option
safemax , succes rates blessed , and etc. alsso i cant find drop items,mats rates , and server doesnt have mana potion in the gmshop,

some one help me please.

Now enchant rates are different, a lot different.
For example fighter weapons has 70% success rate but mage weapons has 40%
Armors has different enchant chance depending on current enchant level check enchantItemGroups.xml as well.

Reason for that is mana potion is made by custom way and need enable it to work. For take it fast use alt +g then write Mana and click Item. In bottom corner write the count.
