Any one can be nobless??

Hi,
I use last version of l2j I had try search on forum discussion about this but i can't find what i ask. I need some help
and maybe I can solve alone , when player talking with classmasters (cats) some html said if you want become nobless and evn the char is lvl 10 or 20 0r 5 he can be nobless.
so i try find the html and i find this

, i had search on database and i can't find it, I had try in quests no as well , can you please tell me where i can fix that?

I had checkout and this is not a tool its a hacker program , anyway I didn't find any compatible for h5 so the better solution is remove the link from html.
