Item Skill on inventory

Hello everyone.

I want to know if it's possible to make an item who gives a skill (toggle) to character without equip that item with the actual configurations of de pack? If yes, how can I do this?

I'm using the stable pack downloaded on website.

Its possible but its you must make it.
Check L2ItemInstance (The bottom)
