Does exist some script or tool for extracting all data from this site about drops..mobs...skills ?

The DB they have for download is simply a list of items etc...nothing to do with the drops.
In addition, they have hashed the ids in their DB, so one cannot simply get IDs from the links or something like that. At best, the spawn locations might be extractable via a script...but again, like someone else mentioned: If you try that, your account will probably get banned.
