why do you want to disable territory war?

maybe you simply dont want it running on your server for many reasons.

1) maybe the war is not fully bug-free yet and is missing features etc. (so, you preferably wait a bit until some fixes are released)

2)maybe you simply dont like it.

3)maybe you want to save power/performance.

4)maybe you want to modify things on the war before activating it (for example the rewards).

Is the "item publish protection" to prevent people from linking items they dont have?

What happens if they do? Do they get kicked? banned? or what?

If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.

its protection against linking(publishing) item which player doesnt own, and asking for item which wasnt linked in say. I disabled msg about request not published because when player relog item are not published -> warning.
